Currently, we only ship to Canada & US. We may plan on expanding this to other countries in the future.

It usually takes 2–5 business days to process the orders. The orders are then shipped. Shipping estimates are as follows:

• Canada: 5-18 business days

• USA: 2-5 business days

Items purchased from rashmityagi.ca will be subjected to 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) for residents of Canada, and 7% Provincial Sales Tax (PST) for residents of British Columbia.

Additional customs and tax charges may apply to internationally shipped orders. These fees aren’t in our control and are determined by your local customs office. As customs policies differ significantly from one country to another, we recommend checking directly with your local customs office to ascertain whether duties and taxes will be imposed on your purchases.

If you received wrong or damaged products, please contact us at shop@rashmityagi.ca so we can assist you with the issue. Please send order details along with photographs of the damaged product in the email to us.
